Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Wallpapers UHD — the website at wallpapersuhd.net and the companion apps published as Wallpapers 4K for Windows and Android (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Giuseppe Alioto, Italy ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
The Service
The Service is a curated gallery of high-resolution wallpapers and live (video) wallpapers. Browsing and downloading are free, require no account and no subscription. We may add, change or remove wallpapers, categories and features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular wallpaper will stay available.
Using the wallpapers
What you may and may not do with the images is set out on the Licenses & image sources page, which forms part of these Terms. In short: personal use is free and unrestricted; re-publishing or selling the collection is not allowed, and commercial use of an individual image depends on the license of its original source.
Acceptable use
- Do not use automated tools to download the catalog in bulk, or to place unreasonable load on the servers.
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the security of the Service, or to access content that is not publicly published.
- Do not resell, mirror or redistribute the Service or its catalog.
- Do not use the Service in a way that breaks the law where you are.
We may restrict or block access that breaches these rules, without notice.
Donations
Donations are entirely voluntary. They buy no product, no feature and no privileged access, they create no obligation on our part, and they are not refundable. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms; we never see or store your payment details.
Purchases in the apps
Where the apps offer paid content (for example a wallpaper pack), the purchase is made through the store that distributes the app — the Microsoft Store — and is governed by that store's terms. Billing, receipts, refunds and cancellations are handled by the store, not by us. Contact the store for any refund request; nothing here limits the refund and withdrawal rights you have as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code and texts, and the selection and arrangement of the collection are © 2026 Giuseppe Alioto. Individual photographs and videos remain the property of their respective authors. "Wallpapers UHD" and "Wallpapers 4K" identify this project; please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse or operate something we do not.
Third-party content and links
The Service links to third-party sites (image sources, app stores, PayPal). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and free of charge. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any file will suit a particular purpose or screen. You download and use the files at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping your own devices and backups safe.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Privacy
We collect no personal data and use no tracking. See the Privacy Policy for what is and is not recorded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
