This Privacy Policy explains how the Wallpapers 4K applications (the Microsoft Store app for Windows, the Android app, and the website at wallpapersuhd.net), collectively the "Service", handle your information. The Service is operated by Giuseppe Alioto ("we", "us").

We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. The apps have no user accounts, no login, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. You can browse and download wallpapers anonymously.

How the apps use the network

The apps connect to our server (wallpapersuhd.net) only to load the catalog of available wallpapers and to download the images you choose. These read-only requests do not include any personal data about you. The Windows app declares only the internetClient capability for this purpose.

Data stored on your device

Wallpapers you download are saved locally to your device (for example, your Pictures library) and remain entirely under your control. Setting a desktop or lock-screen wallpaper is performed locally by your operating system. App settings (such as your preferred sort order or display fit) are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting server may automatically record standard technical request data (such as IP address, date and time, and requested resource) in temporary logs for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. These logs are not used to identify individuals and are not combined with any other data.

Image sources and licensing

Wallpapers are sourced from third-party providers including Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash, and are distributed under their respective free licenses. Author attribution, where available, is shown within the app.

Children's privacy

The Service is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information from children or any other users.
